In this module we will UV unwrap and texture the asset

Box modelling - Quad Based - Destructive


Skill description
In this module we will start to model a oil lantern. We are using quad based, destructive method. We use one image as a reference loosely. After unwrapping we will use one texture atlas for texturing the model.

The students are able to start creating their own 3D models for games

Skill description
In this module we will talk about different textures you can use for your models. We also talk about baking normal maps in Blender

Skill description
In this module we will practice how to create 3D models with non-destructive methods. After modelling, unwrapping and texturing the model we will also talk about how and why to triangulate your models.

Final challenges


Skill description
In this module you will have two final challenges to accomplish. The idea of this section is to put together all things you have learned during the lectures. Reserve some time for these and have fun with modelling!
